As a police officer, paramedic, firefighter, and now a practicing Physician Assistant and clinical nutrition student with the Natural Healing Institute, I’ve learned this one truth:

Senescence (Definition)

Like adolescence in reverse—instead of growing hair in weird places and feeling invincible, you’re losing hair and pulling a hamstring just from sleeping funny. Your cells basically file for retirement while you’re still trying to party.
